Massage Therapy
I am a very skilled and experienced massage therapist. I have over 8 years of experience in many clinical settings as well as extensive teaching experience in the field. My therapeutic approach combines eastern techniques such as acupressure with western medical techniques and a nurturing, relaxing session with focus on your specific therapeutic needs. My two main interests are investigating the source of pain or musculoskeletal limitation and using acupressure to enhance the body's readiness for labor (also known as Induction Massage). As your prenatal massage therapist, I can help bring a sense of comfort and bodily awareness to your pregnancy. My services are provided either by housecall (which means that I come to you) or at my home office on the northwest side of Chicago (April thru December). My home office has ample free parking and is easily accessible by public transportation. Prices: $75/1 hour, $95/1.5 hour Couples: $140/1 hour each, $180/1.5 hour each HypnoBirthing Families: $65/1 hour, $85/1.5 hour Couples: $120/1 hour or $160/1.5 hour each HypnoBirthing + Labor Support Families: $55/1 hour, $75/1.5 hour
