Hypnotherapy I am also an experienced, certified hypnotherapist, having received the maximum amount of training that is offered in the field. I have worked with many clients with various life goals; most notably, weight loss, smoking cessation, fear release, turning a breech baby, self-hypnosis and relaxation training, fears and phobias, habits, self-esteem and as an adjunct to treatment for specific medical or psychological treatments. My format is simple. I offer a free 30-minute consultation, where we discuss your goals and decide whether we will work well together. I require a minimum 3-session commitment (except for smoking cessation) for most basic concerns; if your need has a deeper, long-standing history, we will most likely meet for 5-10 sessions or longer. Fees: $95 per 1-hour session (Discounts available for prepaid packages). Location: We will meet at my home office on the northwest side of Chicago (near Addison & Central) or at the Leidecker Institute in downtown Elgin. Housecalls are available for an additional $30 fee, when appropriate. A referral from a licensed professional (doctor, psychologist) may be required if you are seeking hypnotherapy to enhance your medical and/or psychological health.
